HOGS – Hybrid Off Grid Systems – Clean Energy Production

Funding Amount – $900,000 US Dollars

Funding Purpose – Current funding request is for the production and distribution of additional prototype units for additional, more academic and specific testing and analysis, and for commercialization and distribution in five countries where negotiations have already led to tentative approvals for the introduction of the HOGS for clean energy creation.

HOGS Project Introduction and Prototype Status

The technology owner presents a fully tested prototype unit. The prototype has undergone comprehensive evaluation by the IP owner, an independent marketing firm, an industry specialist, and an academic engineer. All parties have validated its operational stability and feasibility.

Purpose of the Invitation to Treat

The invitation aims to launch negotiations for commissioning additional prototype units and establishing international testing partnerships. Interested investors, academic institutions, or government agencies may submit formal offers to participate under joint development or early deployment agreements.

HOGS Distribution Plan for Additional Units

Two units will be sent to Utah Tech University and Brigham Young University–Hawaii. These academic partners will conduct rigorous testing, data collection, and detailed analysis. Three prototype units will be allocated to Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese institutions. A sixth unit will remain available for deployment in the Philippines, pending secure testing arrangements.

Testing Objectives and Responsibilities

Each host site will conduct structured performance testing. The academic teams will collect quantitative data on efficiency, reliability, and output under different operating conditions. International sites will adapt testing to local energy requirements and document test results. All efforts lead to establishing a commercially viable product suitable for global markets.

HOGS Commercialization and Business Deals

MOU discussions have advanced in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, Honduras, and Paraguay. These agreements include preliminary approvals for commercial operations and grant funding. The partners are exploring public–private partnerships with local and national governments. Interested entities may negotiate terms for exclusive or non-exclusive regional rights.

Opportunity and Expected Returns

This initiative offers early-phase entry with significant growth potential. Participants who submit offers now may secure favorable commercial position, early market access, and proprietary rights. The invitation outlines today’s opportunity to shape the product as it moves from prototype validation to global market launch.
